This song so perfectly evokes the signature sound of Steve Kimock, it’s eerie. But: does it tribute him? Or mock him? Even with this all instrumental, the brilliant TLG word-play is alive and kicking.

It sounds reminiscent of something Steve Kimock would play, and that’s for a good reason. It’s a TLG homage to Steve Kimock. If you wanna call it homage….it sounds like classic Kimock guitar playing.

a mock rock is a fake rock you stash next to your front door. It has a false compartment so you can put an extra set of keys int here. You do this so you have a set of keys in case you get locked out. Only problem is serial killers know what mock rocks are….they can go to your house, see your mock rock, use your keys to enter your house, come in and kill you where you sleep.
Mockrock has the same effect.
